⁵⁴ When they had come out of the boat, immediately the people recognized Him, ⁵⁵ and ran throughout the surrounding region, and began to carry the sick on beds to wherever they heard He was. ⁵⁶ And wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces and pleaded with Him that they might touch even the fringe of His garment. And as many as touched Him were healed.
